The team at Point 9 are looking for an Experienced Deputy Care Manager for our client in a brand new, Elderly nursing home based near the market town of Colchester, in Essex.

A purpose built, home, built to an extremely high specification with all rooms having en suite showers and toilets as standard. Each Home has its own unique style with beautiful landscaped gardens, Cinema Rooms, Hairdressing and Beauty Salons and many other features, offering a combination of residential, nursing and dementia care.

Fantastic working location, brand new, purpose built home, to a fantastic standard.

You will also have a specialism in Dementia and Person Centered Care, together with relevant up to date clinical knowledge and skills in order to be able to meet current Legislative Requirements, CQC Standards and our own Company Policies/Procedures.

The Deputy (Care) Manager will be required to work closely with both the Home Manager and the Staff Team to ensure that a high standard of care is delivered to the nursing clients of the Home.

Qualifications & Experience required: The ideal person will be a first level Registered Nurse with experience in a management/supervisory role within a service for the elderly.

In return you will be rewarded with a salary of up to £35,000 per annum along with great company support from a well reputed organisation.
