To apply for this position you will need:
RMN qualification and preferably RMA qualification. or RGN with extensive elderly
Minimum of 2 years experience in a nursing home environment in a managerial role.
Previous experience of managing a dementia care home advantageous.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Along with a clear and thorough knowledge of the CSCI standards and a full valid work permit.
