Job Title: Nursing Home Manager – Elderly & Dementia

Salary: £40k - £45k per annum in line with experience

Nursing Home manager sought for this large purpose built nursing home soon to open nr Maidstone, Kent. This home caters for the needs of older people providing permanent and respite residential care including specialist dementia care and day care. The Home Manager will aim and work towards achieving excellent standards of care.
To apply for this position you will need:

RGN and RMA qualification.
Previous home management experience and experience of working with elderly and dementia care.
Ability to lead and motivate other staff members.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Along with a clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards and a full valid work permit.
The post will be subject to Enhanced Disclosure under the Criminal Records Bureau.
