Debby at Point 9 is on the search for a new Care Manager for this lovely home based near Letchworth, Hertfordshire as the present Manager is now retiring.

The home is small (just over 20 beds) and caters for the needs and requirements of elderly service users.

The hours are 37.5 per week, Monday-Friday and the salary is £30k per annum

To apply for this role you will need:
Current RGN qualification
Commitment and good track record.
A minimum of 2 years experience within a care home.
Ability to lead and motivate other staff members.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Along with a clear and thorough knowledge of the CSCI standards and a full valid work permit.
