Debby at Point 9 is recruiting for a fantastic opportunity based in Central Suffolk for a focused individual to take a leading role in the development and growth of this business as there is scope for the right person to achieve both significant personal development and achieve a real sense of professional and personal fulfillment.

As the support Manager, you will be generally responsible for covering 3 areas in Suffolk so you must be happy to travel.

A salary in the region of £26,200 in offer and your duties include:
•Support and participate in the day to day activities of service users assisting and facilitating their involvement in decision making and in particular ensuring that service users have a high quality home and social life.
•Foster good relationships with neighbors, friends, and families.
•Liaise with Care Managers and other professionals to ensure appropriate support is being delivered.
•Respect and advocate the needs and wishes of people supported and communicate to colleagues and other professionals.
•Ensure accurate records are maintained in relation to the individuals’ plans.
•Update and review support packages as appropriate.
•Where appropriate, support coach and assist people supported.
•Conscientiously formulate/implement risk assessments, in line with company policy.


To apply for this position you will need:
NVQ4 qualification.
Previous management experience in the adult learning disabilities sector and dealing with challenging behavior.
Strong leadership and communication skills

Along with a clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards and a full valid work permit.

Salary is in the region of £26,500.
