This is a fantastic opportunity for a focused individual to take a leading role in the development and growth of this business as there is scope for the right person to achieve both significant personal development and achieve a real sense of professional and personal fulfilment.

We are looking to recruit a Team Leader for our client based in Marlborough. You will have your RGN qualification and a good knowledge and experience of working within a nursing home with elderly and/or dementia service users.

To apply for this position you will need:
RGN
Must have clinical experience
General management in a care environment
Experience of managing staff
Evidence based practice
Experience in delivering person-centred care knowledge
Understanding of Health and Safety legislation applied to a care environment
Understanding of CQC (formally CSCI) Regulations Skills and a full valid work permit
Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain accurate care records.
Ability to both lead and work as part of a team
Ability to motivate team members
Personal Qualities:
Interest in palliative care
Interest in end of life care
Patient and tolerant
Tactful and diplomatic
Awareness of, and an empathy with, the needs of older people.
Committed to delivering excellence and strives to continuously improve the service.
